A simple system for keeping track of AI progress
I have created a simple system to help people keep track of AI progress and AI updates.
Each week, I provide an OPML file in my course “Weekly summaries for non technical AI podcasts”
This OPML file is based on the summary and insights that I extract from the transcripts of the episodes from the top 10 AI podcasts for the given week.
Note: The podcast transcript was generated using AssemblyAI.
You can download this OPML file and add it to your Dynalist account, and you will be able to keep track of AI progress for the past week.

Since the podcasts that I have selected are already considered some of the best podcasts in the industry, you will be able to get a pretty good overview of what is happening in the AI industry just by reading the summaries and insights in the OPML file. The paid course also gives you access to the full website, which includes answers for all insights along with their respective timestamps.
On this site, the public preview includes answers and timestamps for all insights for all weeks from January 2026 through the week of March 20–26, 2026 (instead of only the first two insights). You can verify this by opening any week in that range—for example the week of March 20–27, 2026—and choosing an episode. OPML files for these preview weeks are also available to download for free from the course: Weekly summaries for non technical AI podcasts.
