A simple system for keeping track of AI progress
I am no longer publishing new weekly OPML outlines in the course. Read why →
I have created a simple system to help people keep track of AI progress and AI updates.
The hub is this weekly site: open a week hub, skim summaries and Q&A-style insights, then follow Spotify links when you want the full conversation. The course “Weekly summaries for non technical AI podcasts” bundles access to the full version of the same material (all insights expanded with timestamps and deep links).
Previously, I also shipped a weekly OPML outline (same summaries and insight prompts) for outliners such as Dynalist. That weekly OPML cadence is now sunset; if you still have older OPML exports, the workflow below remains a good mental model for why outliners were a nice match.
Note: Podcast transcripts behind the summaries were generated using AssemblyAI.

Since the podcasts that I have selected are already considered some of the best podcasts in the industry, reading the weekly summaries and insight prompts on the site gives a strong snapshot of what is moving in the industry—without committing to every full episode.
On this site, the public preview includes answers and timestamps for all insights for all weeks from January 2026 through the week of March 20–26, 2026 (instead of only the first two insights). You can verify this by opening any week in that range—for example the week of March 20–27, 2026—and choosing an episode.
