Three forces are converging

Three forces are converging now:

• LLMs are generally getting much better at extracting structured output
• Open source LLMs are catching up with the high quality LLMs
• LLM prices have dropped so much that it is now feasible to use multiple LLMs to cross verify the output when extracting structured data
