Refund Policy

All BotFlo courses and software apps come with a simple refund policy.

For all products, you will receive an email immediately after purchase, and whenever you reply to that email, it comes straight to my (Aravind Mohanoor) inbox.

You can get a full (100%) refund on your purchase if you get in touch with me within 15 days of purchase with a short explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

While I have never refused to refund anyone within the 15 day period, I ask for a short explanation because

a) it helps me improve my products

b) it prevents people from making frivolous purchases
