How to use the citations in Earnings Call Summaries

The citations used in my earnings call summaries are based on the corresponding transcript I downloaded from the Stock Analysis website.

You need to first sign up for the Pro account (affiliate link) in order to download transcripts from their site.

Search for the company name

Find the corresponding transcript and download the PDF version. The verifier tool does not support the other formats at the moment.

Once you download the transcript, upload the PDF file to the BATS verifier tool

Then paste the contents of the earnings call summary into the text area in the left pane and click on Render citations

All the citations in the text become clickable, and clicking on a given citation will jump to that exact sentence in the transcript text.
