Sales Pipeline
Track deals, stages, and forecast weighted pipeline value.
Overview
This sales pipeline app gives revenue teams one place to manage deals from lead through close. Add opportunities, move them across stages in a table or Kanban board, filter by owner and close date, and see weighted forecast values in KPIs and charts. Everything runs client-side with data saved in the browser.
Key features
Dashboard KPIs
Cards summarize Total Pipeline (open deals), Won revenue, and Committed forecast (probability-weighted value).
Add deals
The add-deal form captures deal name, customer, stage, owner, value, close date, and a probability slider. A live preview shows weighted value as you adjust probability on new deals.
Table and Kanban views
Toggle between Table view and Kanban view.
- Table: AG Grid with optional group by stage row grouping
- Kanban: six stage columns (Lead → Negotiation, plus Won/Lost) with cards showing name, customer, value, and quick actions
Stages are color-coded consistently in both views.
Deal grid
Columns: Deal Name, Customer, Stage, Owner, Value, Close Date, Probability, Weighted Value, Actions. Weighted Value = value × probability %. Inline editing includes a stage dropdown. Won and Lost quick-action buttons appear in the grid and on Kanban cards. Pinned totals sum deal value and weighted value.

- Funnel chart — deal count by stage
- Bar chart — total deal value by stage (all six stages)
Import and export
- Export pipeline to Excel (includes weighted value)

Appearance
Dark mode with localStorage persistence.
Data & persistence
Twelve sample deals preload across stages and owners. The full pipeline saves to localStorage.
