The flowchart also makes a great deliverable

I haven’t found any other Dialogflow courses that do as good a job of covering conversational design using flowcharts. I now create an Xmind flowchart before I begin any chatbot project, and use it to iterate requirements with the client as the project progresses. The flowchart also makes a great deliverable, especially since Dialogflow doesn’t have a visual flow builder, unlike Manychat or others.
