Overview

Sales and marketing teams need a consistent way to rank leads before outreach. This single-page browser app lists leads in an AG Grid table, calculates scores from configurable rules, groups leads by qualification tier, visualizes distribution with Chart.js, and exports results to Excel. Leads and scoring weights persist in localStorage.

Lead grid

• Sortable AG Grid with name, company, industry, source, engagement, score, and qualification
• Color-coded Hot, Warm, and Cold tiers with row highlighting
• Edit and Delete actions on each lead

Scoring rules & lead form

• Alpine.js form to add or edit leads with live score preview
• Configurable weights for engagement, demo requests, page views, industry match, and Hot/Warm thresholds
• Scores recalculate automatically when rules or lead data change

Qualification grouping

• Hot (≥70), Warm (≥40), and Cold tiers assigned from total score
• Three group panels list leads in each tier with counts

• Doughnut chart showing Hot / Warm / Cold distribution
• Export Excel workbook with Leads and Summary sheets

Filters & summary

• Filter by qualification tier, lead source, and industry
• KPI cards: total leads, average score, hot lead count, qualified percentage

• Dark mode toggle with remembered preference
• Leads and scoring rules saved to localStorage

Data & persistence

Six sample leads load on first visit. Edits, additions, and rule changes persist in the browser. No server required.

Charts & reporting

Chart.js powers the qualification distribution chart. SheetJS handles Excel export with lead details and portfolio summary metrics.
