How to use the 4 column FAQ converter
Log in to the app if you have not already done so.
Select the bot’s language.

Select the bot’s timezone.

Click on the Browse… file button.

If the file is in the correct format, you will see the contents of the CSV file displayed in tabular format.

And the Download agent ZIP file will be enabled. Click on the Download agent ZIP file button and you will be able to download the ZIP file to your local computer.

Now use the Import/Restore ZIP feature in Dialogflow ES to create the ES agent.

Test the bot in the console to check if it works
