GPT4 vs Palm2 for automatically clustering chat logs into Dialogflow intents

Another interesting use case for Generative AI is to automatically cluster chat logs into Dialogflow intents. You can also use this approach for generating intents for any bot framework, but I use Dialogflow as the example here since I have already built tools which can help you convert the output of the automated clustering into a Dialogflow ES agent ZIP file.

An explanation of the task

You want to convert your existing customer chat logs into a Dialogflow agent.

  • The JSON output is well structured
  • Generated Intent names are better suited for the task
