Custom Payload

The Custom Payload is a field in a Dialogflow ES intent which you can use for sending custom responses to your integration channel.

For example, the Dialogflow Messenger integration uses custom payloads to render rich responses like suggestion chips, clickable hyperlinks, lists etc.
