In the full Learn Dialogflow CX course, I go over more advanced CX topics.

There are a couple of important things which are unique about the CX course:

a) it is almost certainly the most friendly CX course for non-software engineers

b) since I have been using Dialogflow ES for a few years now, I use many examples from my existing Dialogflow ES bots to explain exactly how Dialogflow CX is different. This means that you need to actually be quite familiar with Dialogflow ES already to make the most of this course.

In fact, I recommend that if you have never built at least a simple Dialogflow ES bot, you shouldn’t get into Dialogflow CX until you do. Otherwise you will be wasting a lot of time in your learning process.

Free: Dialogflow ES Crash course for non-programmers

I recently changed the name of my website from Mining Business Data to BotFlo. To help spread the word, and to hopefully get people to bookmark my website, I am making a set of my training courses free for a few weeks.

"The magic key I needed as a non-programmer"

The custom payload generator was the magic key I needed (as a non-programmer) to build a good demo with rich responses in DialogFlow Messenger. I've only used it for 30 minutes and am thrilled. I've spent hours trying to figure out some of the intricacies of DialogFlow on my own. Over and over, I kept coming back to Aravind's tutorials available on-line. I trust the other functionalities I learn to use in the app will save me additional time and heartburn.
